Commissioning

New equipment or production line must be properly connected, configured and put into operation. The Clever Machines Service Center performs commissioning and start-up with precise adjustment of process parameters. As a result, our customers are able immediately output the products with specified characteristics and in full compliance the recipes and technology.

Why do we do commissioning?

In order to get tasty product, it is not only necessary to correctly install and connect equipment in the production line, but It is also necessary to adjust operating parameters of each unit in order to make sure that the new line produces a quality product which corresponds to recipes and technology according to specified organoleptic parameters. And that is why a set of commissioning works is carried out.

What do you get?

Fully prepared line. Each piece of equipment is set up in accordance with manufacturer's requirements and operates normally. This contributes to long-term efficient operation of your production. 

Production without delays. After commissioning you can immediately produce commercial product and get the profit from it. 

Set of technical documentation. We provide complete set of documentation for each piece of equipment and production line, as well as test reports during commissioning. 

Fully prepared line. We teach your specialists how to work with new equipment and tell them all about the specifics of each unit.

What does commissioning include?

1. Equipment installation check - we control the correct way of equipment installation and its compliance with  the manufacturer's requirements and project documentation. 
2. Equipment connection check - we check the units connections to the power supply and engineering networks.
3. SAT-testing - on-site acceptance tests with mechanical and electrical checks, start-up and diagnostic tests.
4. Water and product testing – first, we test production line parameters on water, and then we produce a trial batch of product.  
5. Equipment/line set up - we refine equipment settings taking into account the results of the previous stages.  
6. Staff training - we teach client's specialists how to work on new production line. For more information please see “Training” paragraph.
