Our History

2009

Company Founded

The company was established as a service center with its own logistics and customs clearance departments. We began supplying European equipment and spare parts to Russia and CIS countries.

2010

Partnership with SPX FLOW SEITAL SEPARATION

Obtained the status of authorized distributor of SPX FLOW Seital Separation in the dairy and food market of Russia and CIS countries.
2011

Expertise in Homogenization

Became the official dealer and service center for FBF Italia. This confirmed our growing expertise in complex process equipment.
2012

Engineering and Cheesemaking

Established the engineering and design department, launched the Cheesemaking Technologies division. Obtained the status of authorized dealer for Tecnolat S.p.a. in Russia and CIS. Completed our first whey processing project.
2018

First Turnkey Project

Opened our first spare parts warehouse in Russia, reducing component delivery times significantly. Completed our first large-scale turnkey project u2014 the Borte Milka dairy plant in Kazakhstan, fully designed by Clever Machines.
2019

Partnership with SPX FLOW APV

Launched the division for promoting pumps, valves, heat exchange equipment, and mixing systems.
2021

Expansion in Kazakhstan

Opened a spare parts warehouse in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Launched the first brine cheese (Feta-type) production line in the Moscow region.
2022

New Technology Divisions

Introduced Technogel ice cream production solutions and began supplying aseptic filling technologies.
2024

Integrated Solutions

Completed major turnkey projects, including the SPK Krasnogorskiy dairy plant. Company revenue grew by 20%. Obtained partner status as a comprehensive solutions supplier for ShuGao in the food industry. Launched new divisions: aseptic tanks, membrane systems, sterilizers, and pet food production equipment.
2025

Anniversary and New Strategy

The company celebrates 15 years in business. Launched new divisions: Robotic Group Packaging (XuTengDa) and Valves & Electronics.
2026

Automation Development

XuTengDa robotic systems and comprehensive industrial automation solutions will unlock opportunities for increased productivity and reduced costs. Full integration of control systems will enable delivery of proprietary control panels, ensuring seamless operation of all equipment. Clients will be able to implement the from raw material to pallet concept in a single integrated environment with centralized control.
