APV UF/UFR relief valves
Hygienic safety valve ensures protection of the equipment from overpressure relief or hydraulic shock in the pipeline of production. Regulation of processes in air systems, steam and liquids at the heart of the working environment.
Characteristics briefly
- Type: for pressure control, sanitary stainless steel AISI 316L / DIN EN 1.4404
- Dimensions: ISO 1” - 4” external. Ø pipes, DIN DN25-125
- Connecting parts: butt welding butt (S)
- Features: contactless switches, seat lift, with adapter for pipeline
- Pressure range: 0 – 10 bar
Advantages
- Optimum cleanability due to Ball-shaped housing without sump or dome. No dead spaces in the valve body.
- No stroke limitation by seat lift actuator; the full opening cross section is available during cleaning.
- Very easy to service - only four screws must be released and the valve insert can be lifted out
- 3-A approved, comply with ATEX
- In addition, all valves can be provided with a seal lifter, e.g. to relieve pressure during cleaning operations. High pressure version is available on request.
