APV PR2 Sampling valves
Aseptic samplers for safe and hygienic sampling from pipelines or containers. Easily integrated into the production line, creating reliable inline operation without process interruption.

Features
- Prevention of infection thanks to a PTFE shaft and a special shaft guide. No additional seat seal required.
- Cleaning is assured. No dead pockets in the valve body.
- Problem-free reconstruction from manual to pneumatic operation and vice versa, possible at any time.
- Easy maintenance - small amount of seals with identification numbers for quick replacement.
- All stainless steel product contact parts are made of AISI 316L / DIN EN 1.4404 grade material.
- No pressure spikes - internal diameter of valve and pipe cross section is identical.
- Options: steam connection for sterilization (PRD2), valve position feedback switch.
