FBF Italia 0160-0250 Homogenizers

Homogenizers have a "3-A Sanitary Standards" certificate confirming the high sanitary standards requirements for dairy processing equipment.
The equipment is manufactured in accordance with Directive 2006/42/CE and complies with all necessary standards and quality standards adopted in the territory of the Russian Federation, the European Union and the USA.

Additional features
- Aseptic version. Using a barrier of sterile condensate produced by a special built-in device
- Abrasive version. Used for production of products containing high percentage of dry residue, which is harmful to plungers.
- Automatic protection. Made of stainless steel for power supply of the homogenizer cabinet.
- Control cabinet. To stabilize the conducted product flow by reducing the vibrations of the supply and discharge pipes.
- The second stage of homogenization. Decreases tendency of globules sticking together or forming large agglomerates.
- Remote control of homogenization pressure of the 1st and 2nd stages of homogenization.
