APV SD4 double sealed valve

Flow-through single-seat valve with double seal, for safe separation of incompatible media in the food production pipeline. The models are equipped with drive and control unit to turn on and maintain high pressure in line.

Очистка камеры клапана Cleaning of the leakage chamber is undertaken via the leakage valves. The cleaning liquid is supplied via one leakage valve and discharged to the atmosphere via the second one. The directed flow of the cleaning liquid provides for a perfect cleaning of the whole leakage chamber.

Features

One shaft design with two seals and cavity between them. Forms a seat-to-seat space for safe separation.
If the seat seal is damaged, leakage will flow through the valves into the drain.
The seat space is closed or opened beyond the line by two leakage relief valves.
Used to connect the CIP feed to the product processing line and to connect the outlet to the CIP return line.
