APV DKR2 Series - Double Seat Ball Valves
Double seat ball valves comprise the separation of two line sections with different fluids by two independent seals with intermediate leakage chamber and free drain to the atmosphere. They were especially developed for use in industries where the highest priority is given to the protection against the mixing of product.

Operation
- Safe and quality separation of two liquids when the valve is closed.
- The inter seat space is cleaned by supplying cleaning fluids through a cleaning nozzle.
- Maintenance free pneumatic actuator. 5 years warranty
- The inter seat space can be washed with water, CIP liquid, or steam sterilized.
- Standard APV Actuator CU4: option with top-mounted monitoring unit or clamp-mounted non-contact sensors.
- Dual welded shaft design helps dampen hydraulic shock.
